  This guy is arrogant. He is lazy and doesn't follow through on what he says he will do. His secretary is even worse. She is an angry bitter woman. Avoid this guy if you can!

  He comes to review a problem with a Bosch stove, says needed new back electronic panel would cost 4-$500, never pulled the stove out to look at it, starts rambling on about my refigerator freezer door, charges me $122 for service call, I call Sear and they tell me that the back panel sometimes come loose in shipping, I pull the stove and reconect the panel, problem solved. This guy is a CROOK.
